This policy applies only to this website. Engagements with our clients are governed by separate written agreements and are not covered here.

§ 01 Information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

- The content of your message
Information collected automatically
When you submit our contact form, our handler also captures:
- Your IP address
- Your browser user-agent string (truncated to 200 characters)
- Timestamp of submission
Our web server may also log standard request information (IP address, user agent, URL, timestamp) as part of normal operation. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies
We use one session cookie (PHPSESSID) to prevent rapid repeat submissions of the contact form (rate limiting). This cookie is strictly necessary for the site to function and is deleted when you close your browser. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.

§ 04 Third-party services
Our website loads web fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When these fonts load in your browser, your IP address is visible to Google. You can review Google's privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or any other analytics or marketing tracker on this site.
§ 05 Data retention
We retain contact form submissions indefinitely as part of our business records, so that we can recall the history of a conversation or prior engagement. If you would like your information deleted from our records, email us at privacy@ten24.ai and we will delete it within thirty (30) days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
Server logs are retained for a shorter period consistent with operational needs and then rotated or deleted.
§ 06 Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption in transit, server-side input sanitization, email header injection controls, rate limiting, and access controls on systems that store submissions. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply the same security rigor to our own systems that we apply to our clients'.

General rights
Regardless of where you live, you may request to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your information from our records

§ 09 International transfers
Our servers are located in the United States. If you visit this site or submit our contact form from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your home country.
§ 10 Do Not Track
Because we do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics, we do not track users across sites and there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to disable. We honor the spirit of DNT by not implementing tracking in the first place.
